How Our Airport Transfer Service Works
You book in advance via WhatsApp. We need your flight number, arrival terminal, number of passengers, and the destination address. We track the flight. If it lands early, the driver is there early. If it is delayed, the driver adjusts - no extra charge for standard delays.
At arrivals, your driver meets you inside the terminal with a name board clearly showing your name. There is no confusion about which driver is yours, no need to wait outside in the heat, and no dragging bags to a pick-up zone. 60 minutes of free waiting time is included from landing. Beyond that, extended waiting is charged at a standard rate agreed when you book.
For departures, we arrive at your hotel or address with enough buffer for check-in and security. We handle luggage from the door to the vehicle. Drop-off is at the terminal entrance.
Dubai Airport (DXB and DWC)
