During morning and evening rush hours, both routes back up significantly - allow 60 to 90 minutes for peak-hour crossings.

Sharjah has a large business and industrial sector, and Sharjah International Airport (SHJ) handles significant budget airline traffic including Air Arabia flights to destinations across the region. If you are flying from SHJ from Dubai, we recommend booking the night before and letting us know your flight time. We factor peak-hour crossing time into our recommended departure window.
