What happens if my flight is delayed?

For airport pickups we include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing. We monitor your flight and adjust automatically - no extra charge for standard delays.

Are prices fixed once confirmed?

Yes. The price agreed at confirmation is the price charged, regardless of traffic or journey time, unless the pickup or destination changes materially from the original booking.

Terms and Conditions

Terms governing the use of Gulf Chauffeur services.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when Gulf Chauffeur sends you a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email, stating the pickup details, destination, date, time, and agreed price. Verbal arrangements or informal messages are not confirmed bookings.

Pricing

All prices quoted are fixed and include VAT where applicable. The price agreed at confirmation is the price charged, regardless of route changes or traffic conditions, unless the pickup or destination changes materially from the original booking.

Cancellation

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. No-shows without prior notice may be charged in full.

Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after the flight lands. For non-airport pickups, we wait up to 15 minutes from the agreed time before the booking is considered a no-show.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of those travelling with them. Gulf Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a journey if passengers behave in a manner that is unsafe, threatening, or damaging to the vehicle.

Luggage and Damage

Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. Gulf Chauffeur is not liable for loss or damage to luggage unless caused by driver negligence. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may be charged to the booking party.

Delays and Force Majeure

Gulf Chauffeur is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate with you promptly if delays are anticipated.

Pet Transport

Pets may be transported by prior arrangement. You are responsible for ensuring your pet is securely contained and does not cause damage to the vehicle. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Gulf Chauffeur's liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the value of the booking in question. We are not liable for consequential losses, missed flights, or business losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
