Private Driver: DXB Terminal 3

Dubai International Airport Terminal 3 is the world's busiest airport terminal. Exit immigration into a name board, not a taxi queue. Gulf Chauffeur drivers track your flight, wait in the arrivals hall, and have the vehicle ready at the terminal exit.

DXB Terminal 3: The Emirates Terminal

Dubai International Airport Terminal 3 is the largest building in the world by floor space (approximately 1.7 million square metres) and is the dedicated terminal for Emirates Airlines. It also handles select other carriers. Annual passenger volume exceeds 40 million through Terminal 3 alone, making it consistently one of the busiest single terminals in the world.

The terminal has two concourses: Concourse A and Concourse B, connected to the main terminal building by the automated people mover (the APM Sky Train). Immigration processing, baggage reclaim, and customs are centralised in the main Terminal 3 building. The arrivals meet-and-greet area, where drivers with name boards wait, is on Arrivals Level 1 immediately after the customs exit.

DXB Terminal 3 Private Driver - FAQ

Where does a private driver meet you at DXB Terminal 3?

At Dubai International Airport Terminal 3, private chauffeur services operate from the arrivals meet-and-greet area on the arrivals level (Level 1). After clearing immigration and customs, passengers exit into the arrivals hall where drivers holding name boards wait in the designated meeting area. Gulf Chauffeur drivers hold a printed or digital name board with your name visible from the customs exit. The exact meeting location is confirmed by WhatsApp message when the driver is in position, so you always know exactly where to go.

What if my flight at DXB Terminal 3 is delayed?

Gulf Chauffeur monitors your flight status from the moment of booking. If your flight is delayed, the driver adjusts their arrival time accordingly - you will not pay for waiting time caused by a delay that was visible on the flight tracker before the driver dispatched. If a delay is significant (2+ hours), you will receive a WhatsApp update with the revised pickup time. There is no rebooking required on your part. The driver is there when you land, regardless of the delay.

Terminal 2 is the older, smaller terminal serving budget and regional airlines. For a private driver booking, confirm which terminal your airline uses, as the meeting points differ.
